Raffaello Marrello is an internationally renowned stylist, whose innate artistic talent manifested itself from a young age starting at 16, propelling him to continuously innovate and master the craft of hair design. His father on the dying bed at 92 told him a secret, “your brother Michael said to me do not let Raffaello become an artist they don’t make money, send him to beauty school.” He was a hairstylist his own Marrello Salon. With an extensive and illustrious career, Raffaello's artistic prowess extends beyond the realm of hairstyling. A true polymath, he is also a proficient painter first oil on canvas at age 12, Streets of San Francisco image. A sculptor, composer of music, photographer, and a keen enthusiast of history, politics, philosophy, and particle physics. This multidimensional approach to artistry embodies the essence of a Renaissance man.

Notably, Japan’s Passion Magazine annually features only four international hairstylists, with Raffaello being the sole Canadian ever showcased. Similarly, Spain’s Peluquerias Magazine cover and six pages with editorials has highlighted Raffaello's innovative style, cementing his reputation as a trendsetter in the industry.

Among his notable contributions, Raffaello has introduced revolutionary cutting techniques such as Jesture Cutting, Free Form, Fractal, Baling, Strolling, Fan, Entropy, Whole, Chaos Cutting, and the groundbreaking Universal MDXS System, first unveiled in 1970. His visionary approach has not only shaped contemporary hairstyling but has also left an indelible mark on the industry in search of excellence.

Throughout his career, Raffaello has collaborated with renowned filmmakers and styled prominent actors and actresses, including Oscar nominee Helena Bonham Carter for "The Wings of the Dove" and Oscar winner Roberto Benigni for the acclaimed film "Life Is Beautiful." Raffaello presents one of his sculptures casted in bronze gold plated "Power At Hand" a special tribute event for Vidal Sassoon 1994. It was purchased from him and donated by Joan Harrison President of Canadian Hairdresser International as a gift for Lifetime Achievement Award. Raffaello made a speech honouring Vidal Sassoon. While he was in Mexico vacationing Vidal was thinking about the speech. He asked his secretary to call Raffaello remembering and saying how he brought tears of joy during his speech delivery. Vidal sent Raffaello his personalized signed book and again thankful with appreciation. “It was at night to remember with our industry's peers at the Royal York Imperial Room to a full audience.”
