Raffaello is an internationally known stylist. His natural artistic ability, realized in childhood, has helped him to go on innovating numerous skills, styles and techniques necessary for mastering the craft of designing hair. There is an extensive history surrounding Raffaello’s lucrative career too lengthy to mention it all. He is also an accomplished artist. His passion for painting, sculpting, composing music, photography, history, politics, philosophy and particle physics make Raffaello a true artist in every sense of the word, a Renaissance man. Much of his work has been published on the cover worldwide throughout the hair-styling industry. For example, Japan’s Passion Magazine profiles four international hair-stylists each year, Raffaello only Canadian ever to be featured. The prestigious Spain’s Peluquerias Magazine cover featured Raffaello as well as an inside spread, a stylist known for being a trendsetter, the only Canadian ever. Raffaello Introduced: Jesture Cutting , Free Form, Fractal, Baling, Strolling, Fan, Antropy, Whole, Chaos Cutting and the masterpiece Universal MDXS System in 1970. During the Toronto Film Festival in September, we collaborated with Miramax and Fine Line Film, styling actors. The pleasure of working with Oscar nominee Helena Bonham Carter “The Wings of the Dove." Oscar winner Roberto Benigni and his co-star wife Nicoletta Braschi also inviting Raffaello to the gala for his brilliant film “Life Is Beautiful” was all ours.
